Terms of Service

Effective date: June 11, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to designkralo.com and to services provided by Designkralo, operated by Satish Kumar Singh. A signed proposal, statement of work, or contract may add to or replace parts of these terms for a specific project.

Enquiries and estimates

Submitting a project brief does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. Website prices marked “from” are starting estimates. Final scope, price, milestones, deliverables, and timing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Unless an accepted proposal states otherwise, projects require a 50% deposit before scheduling and onboarding begin. The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before website launch, transfer, or release of final production files. Payments are requested through a client-specific PayPal invoice. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, themes, apps, stock assets, fonts, transaction fees, and advertising are excluded unless expressly included.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, required access, lawful content, and confirmation that they have rights to all supplied materials. Delays in content, approvals, access, or payment may change the delivery schedule.

Revisions and scope changes

Included revision rounds are stated in the proposal. New pages, features, directions, or work outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate and timeline. Approval of a stage allows work to continue to the next stage.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, final approved custom deliverables transfer to the client after full payment. Designkralo retains ownership of working files, unused concepts, methods, reusable code, tools, and pre-existing materials. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences. Designkralo may display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed in writing.

Cancellation and refunds

Either party may end a project in writing. The client remains responsible for completed work, committed costs, and non-refundable deposits as stated in the accepted proposal. Any handover is limited to paid deliverables completed up to the termination date.

Website information and warranties

We aim to keep website information accurate, but it is provided for general information and may change. Unless expressly agreed in writing, services are provided without guarantees of particular revenue, sales, search rankings, traffic, platform approval, or uninterrupted third-party services.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Designkralo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or failures caused by third-party platforms, client materials, unauthorised changes, or events outside reasonable control. Any aggregate liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount paid to Designkralo for that project, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, infringe rights, or use our work for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

Governing law

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in New Delhi, India, and disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, while preserving any mandatory rights that apply to a client.
